North/South Indiana All-Star Classic canceled for 2021

The North/South Indiana All-Star Classic will not be played during the spring of 2021, event organizer Hoosier Basketball Magazine has announced.

Two circumstances led to this decision. First, the COVID-19 pandemic still is limiting attendance at indoor events, making the Classic difficult to plan and organize. Also, the postponement of the IHSAA boys basketball State Finals to April 3 also pushed back the Hoosier Basketball Magazine Boys Top 60 Senior Workout to April 11, the date that had been planned for the North/South Indiana All-Star Classic.

As organizers, we are hopeful that this all-star event – Indiana’s first statewide all-star doubleheader – will return in the spring of 2022.
