New varsity coaches for 2019-2020
From the beginning of last season through late September 2019, 152 Indiana high schools schools have hired new varsity basketball coaches – 79 to boys’ basketball positions and 73 to girls’ basketball positions – for the 2019-2020 season.
The 152 changes is tied for ninth as the greatest number of changes in the past 20 years. In the spring and summer of 2014, a record 197 changes were made.
