WBCA offers IBCA members a free annual membership with convention registration

The Women's Basketball Coaches Association is making this offer to IBCA members for the 2010-11 season: Current IBCA members are eligible to register at the member-rate for the WBCA Convention (April 1-5, 2011) in Indianapolis during the Early-Bird registration period. By registering for the meeting, attendees also have the ability to purchase tickets within the WBCA’s block for the NCAA Women’s Final Four.

Registration opens at noon Nov. 1; pre-registration materials, including forms, prices, policies and a schedule of events will be available on www.wbca.org in early October.

Additionally, with registration, IBCA member-registrants will receive complimentary WBCA benefits for the remainder of the membership year (through Aug. 31, 2011), including:

• Members-only access to www.wbca.org, which houses Coaching Videos from some of the top collegiate and WNBA coaches, plays and drills, and a Career Center (with job and resume postings).
• Publications including Coaching Women’s Basketball magazine, Fast Break e-newsletter and Compliance Now legislative e-brief.
• Ability to nominate colleagues and players for the WBCA's National Awards Program, including the WBCA High School All-America Team and Coach of the Year.

Note: This is open only to active IBCA members who have not held a WBCA membership in the previous two membership years.
