Mildred Ball Award

Judy Phillips

Judy is a 1984 Brebuef Jesuit High School graduate. She is a member of Brebuef's 1982 Final Four team and an Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame Silver Anniversary Team selection in 2009. Phillips has been officiating girls' basketball since 1994. She has officiated Marion County Tournament games, Hall of Fame Championship games and Indiana Kentucky All Star games. In 2002, 2005 and 2008 she officiated the IHSAA Girls' State Championships. Phillips has been employed by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police for 14 years and is currently is a Sergeant in the Grand Jury Division.
