IHSAA/IBCA Boys Top 100 Showcase Timeline
| Jan. 7, 2009: | Letter goes out to all coaches in the state for nominations of Top 100 Underclassmen. |
| Jan. 26, 2009: | Nominations returned to IBCA District reps. by this date |
| Feb. 1, 2009: | District Reps.' selection committee meets and selects Top 100 candidates nominated by state’s coaches. |
| Feb. 9, 2009: | Letter to Top 100 selected players goes out by this date |
| Mar. 2, 2009: | Top 100 selected showcase players must accept by this date |
| *After March 2, contact coaches of nominees who have not committed. | |
| *Send out letters to alternates to complete the Top 100 | |
| Apr. 6, 2009: | Boys' Showcase info for profile books ready to go to press. |
| Apr. 25, 2009: | Boys' Top 100 Underclassmen Showcase at Ben Davis H. S. from 2:00-8:00 pm. |
