IBCA clinic for 2027

The 2027 IBCA Clinic will be held in a Thursday evening-Friday format for the fifth consecutive year. Approximately 800 coaches attended the 2026 IBCA Clinic, so this format will be continued.

This year’s clinic will return to Mt. Vernon High School in Fortville, Indiana, its site the past four years.

The 2027 clinic will be on Thursday evening, April 22 and on Friday, April 23.

The clinic’s first session will begin at 5:30 p.m. EDT on Thursday with three featured speakers and a social hosted by the IBCA at the end of the evening. Session 2 will begin at 9:30 a.m. EDT on Friday. We hope that coaches again enjoy this two-day format.

More information (including hotel information) will be shared regarding the 2027 IBCA Clinic in future updates and in our IBCA spring newsletter that goes online about April 1, 2026.

The registration form for the 2027 Clinic is expected to open on Jan. 5, 2027.

The IBCA has secured special group rates at two hotels for the 2027 IBCA Clinic. Rooms are limited, so we encourage you to reserve early.

How to Reserve Your Hotel Room:

Use the IBCA hotel booking link above and follow these simple steps:

1. Open the IBCA Hotel Booking Link.
2. Under Booking Type, select “Book Reservation(s).”
3. Check your Check-in and Check-out dates and adjust them if needed.
4. Click SEARCH.
5. The available IBCA clinic hotels will appear. Select the hotel where you would like to stay.
6. Click the hotel name to view room options.
7. Scroll to “Select Your Room.” Choose your preferred room type and click Reserve Room.
8. Enter your guest and payment information and follow the prompts to complete your reservation.

That's it! Your hotel room is reserved for the 2027 IBCA Clinic.

NOTE: If the credit card being used to pay for the room will not be present at check-in, first complete your hotel reservation using the IBCA booking link. After your reservation is confirmed, contact info@stayplaymadesimple.com and request a Credit Card Authorization Form. This form allows the hotel to charge the designated card without requiring that card to be present at check-in. Please note: The hotel will still require a credit card at check-in for incidental charges.
