Are you receiving IBCA e-mails?

Are you having problems not receiving communications from the IBCA?

If you do not receive any emails from the IBCA, please follow these steps to try to remedy the problem:

  1. Be sure to check your spam or junk e-mail filter. Some school districts incorrectly mark IBCA e-mails as spam. If this is the case, please talk to your technical support and let them know that IBCA e-mails are not spam. The IBCA should be considered a “trusted” or “safe” sender.
  2. Some school email systems “block” emails from Constant Contact. Constant Contact is a professional email company that sends some IBCA emails. Please ask your school’s IT department to “whitelist” – or allow emails – from Constant Contact to be delivered to you.
  3. Add Cory Norman (norman.cory@gmail.com), Pat McKee (patmckee77@aol.com), Tom Beach (tbeach22@gmail.com) and Renee Turpa (renee.turpa@valpo.edu) to your address book. Most IBCA emails will come from one of these people.

Please remember that the IBCA never will sell your e-mail address.

If you have any questions regarding the receipt of emails from the IBCA, please contact Cory Norman at norman.cory@gmail.com.
