In order for a player from your school to be eligible for selection to an IBCA All-State Team, the IBCA Academic All-State Team or to win a Marion Crawley, Junior Mannies or Pat Aikman scholarship award, you must be a current-year-member of the IBCA.
These are just some of the benefits of joining the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association. Also, if you register now, you receive membership for $35 per coach. If you register after Dec. 31, 2020, the fee is $45 per coach.

- Nominate players for the IBCA/IHSAA Underclass Showcase events for boys and girls.
- Be eligible to become an Indiana All-Star Coach or to be selected to coach at one of the IBCA/IHSAA Underclass Showcase events.
- Become more professional by joining your professional association.
- Free admission to the IBCA/IHSAA Underclass Showcase events.
- Free admission to the Indiana All-Star Shootout events.
- Promote your players through the IBCA Player of the Week program.
- Discounted membership when joining the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame as an Active Coach.
- NABC (National Association of Basketball Coaches) offers a reduced membership rate for High School Coaches. Usual rate of $70 has been reduced to only $29 per year for IBCA Members. Also membership will give each member the potential of getting NCAA Final Four tickets.
- By joining the IBCA, you also become a member of the National High School Basketball Coaches Association (NHSBCA) and have a voice for high school basketball on the national level.
- Discount tickets available to IBCA members for the annual Indiana-Kentucky All-Star Games.
