If you are a current-year IBCA member who coaches high school, junior high school or elementary boys or girls, you have $1 million general liability insurance through our affiliation with the National Organization of Coaches Association Directors (NOCAD). This insurance covers you in the classroom or while working at youth sports camps and/or conducting your own personal camp.
If you have a camp and your school requires proof of general liability insurance, or you need a participant/accident quotation, please go to the appropriate Loomis & LaPann website listed below. A proof-of-insurance certificate is free.
If you have a camp and require a certificate that names an additional insured (some schools want to be named additional insured), the cost is $50.00. You must prove you have participant/accident coverage for each participant before a customized certificate of insurance will be issued.
