The IBCA thanks our sponsors:

Indiana All-Stars

By Charlie Hall

Charlie HallThanks to your efforts and the efforts of your players, the Indiana All-Stars are succeeding on and off the floor.

If you would like to bring your team to Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Saturday, June 11 and your team is not in our All-Star Shootout, we will extend to you the same ticket offer that is provided to teams in the Shootout. You can come from another event elsewhere in the day, a round-robin event with one of coaching friends in the Indianapolis area … or you can make attending the All-Star games your only event of the day.

  • The All-Stars will provide you as many tickets as you want (normally priced at $18 each) for $8 per person. This offer is good for whatever number of people you want (players, coaches, parents and siblings of players, etc.).
  • We will include three complimentary game programs for each team that purchases 18 or more tickets.
  • The All-Star Shootout field will be full 84 teams, so your players and coaches will be able to mingle with those players and coaches at the All-Star games at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
  • This would be a great “team-bonding day” or a “fun team day.”
  • The games are growing again, and we want to ensure that players of today will be able to bring their children and grandchildren to All-Star games years from now. Your support of the event now is an important step to the long-term continuation of the All-Star games.

Other items of note are these:

  • The IndyStar Indiana Mr. Basketball and IndyStar Indiana Miss Basketball winners will be announced at the Indiana Sports Awards dinner at Lucas oil Stadium on April 28. The full 2016 Indiana Girls’ All-Star Team already has been announced. The full 2016 Indiana Boys’ All-Star Team will be announced in April.
  • We are excited to have Rob New and Best Choice Fieldhouse back as a presenting sponsor for the fifth year. The support that they have provided have been instrumental in the upswing in attendance over the past several years.
  • We have had an endless supply of talented All-Star prospects to choose from for years. That is a direct result of the great coaching that they receive from all of you year in and year out.

Thank you, coaches, for all you do.

--Charlie Hall
