This fall Hoosier Basketball Magazine will publish a 2011-2012 issue, its 42nd year of publication. The target publication date is mid-November 2011, available by Thanksgiving.
Publisher Garry Donna reports that three outstanding senior high school boys’ players will be featured on the middle of the 2011-2012 front cover. They are Gary Harris (Hamilton Southeastern), Yogi Ferrell (Park Tudor) and Ronnie Johnson (North Central-Marion).
Other high school senior boys to appear elsewhere on the cover include D.J. Balentine (Kokomo), Austin Burgett (Avon), Kellen Dunham (Pendleton Heights), Nick Osborne (Muncie Central), Ron Patterson (Broad Ripple), Glenn Robinson III (Lake Central) and Rhett Smith (Sullivan).
High school senior girls to appear on the cover are Jessica Brown (Mt. Vernon-Fortville), Blaire Langlois (Carmel), Jalynn McClain (Jeffersonville), Amanda Moore (Seymour), Jocelyn Mousty (Eastern Pekin), Raveen Murray (Merrillville), Lakin Roland (Jeffersonville) and Jessica Rupright (Norwell).
Also featured on the cover will be three in-state college standouts—Jordan Hulls (Indiana), Rob Hummel (Purdue) and Skylar Diggins (Notre Dame). Along with them will be George Hill of the Indiana Pacers and Tamika Catchings of the Indiana Fever.
As usual, this 304-page publication will be a comprehensive survey of all high school basketball in Indiana (both boys and girls) and all men’s and women’s college teams.
The Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever also will be profiled.
A complete schedule section is included for high school boys’ and girls’ teams, men’s and women’s college teams and the Pacers—more than 850 schedules in all.
