The 40th annual issue of Hoosier Basketball Magazine has a target publication date of mid November 2009. Included again will be a complete schedule section. It includes all boys’ and girls’ high school teams, all men’s and women’s college squads plus the NBA Indiana Pacers – over 850 in all.
Publisher Garry Donna reports that four outstanding senior boys' high school players will be featured front and center on the 2009-2010 front cover of Hoosier Basketball Magazine. They are Travis Carroll (Danville), Donnie Hale (New Albany), Terone Johnson (North Central-Marion) and DeShaun Thomas (Fort Wayne Luers).
Other high school senior boys to appear on the cover include Jesse Berry (Lafayette Jeff), Neal Beshears (Winchester), Russell Byrd (Fort Wayne Blackhawk), Eric Fromm (Bloomington South), Trey Hughes (Barr-Reeve), John Michael Jarvis (Terre Haute South) and Jake Kitchell (South Central Union Mills).
High school senior girls to appear on the cover are Tabitha Gerardot (Fort Wayne Canterbury), Mandy McDivitt (Connersville), Katy McIntosh (Austin), Gabrielle Minix (Oregon Davis), Courtney Moses (Oak Hill) and Jasmine Penny (Logansport).
College standout Chris Kramer of Purdue will also be featured on the cover. So will Indiana Pacer Troy Murphy and Tamika Catchings of the Indiana Fever.
