Champions Academy Becomes IBCA Corporate Sponsor

Champions Academy is a not-for-profit organization that desires to help basketball players improve their fundamental skills through individual, small group, large group and camp training. The academy is led by Ed Schilling, a former seven year Indiana high school head coach, six year division 1 head coach, assistant coach at UMass, the University of Memphis and the New Jersey Nets. Also, involved in the leadership is Dave Jamerson who is a former NCAA record holder at Ohio University (14 3’s in a D1 game) and the 15th pick in the first round of the NBA draft by the Houston Rockets.

Champions Academy wants to help coaches at every level of the game. The Academy’s goal is to work with coaches and players to help train the next generation of basketball leaders. If you have players who are interested in getting additional hands on training, to improve their skills, or if you have any specific needs or ways that Champions Academy can be of service, check out the Academy web site (www.championsacademy.com) or call 317-566-8500.
