The IBCA is pleased to continue its partnership with Ben Carnes and the Mental Training Plan. Carnes brought his company on board in 2024-25 as an IBCA corporate partner to deliver cutting-edge mental performance resources for basketball coaches and players.
Carnes is a mental performance coach and the owner of Mental Training Plan. The company’s purpose is to help athletes control their mind and body so they are able to perform at their best when it matters most.
As part of the firm’s partnership, member coaches will receive a resource via email each month titled “Courtside with Mental Training Plan.” This free resource, which enhances coaching strategies and athlete development, is for you to use with your program how you see fit.
