Nominations returned to IBCA District reps. by this date |

District Reps.' selection committee meets and selects Top 100 candidates nominated by state’s coaches. |
| Feb. 9, 2009: |
Letter to Top 100 selected players goes out by this date |

Top 100 selected showcase players must accept by this date |
